Welcome to Sway Magazine's submission manager. You may upload your writing, art, and photography here. Sway editors read year-round and submissions are taken on a rolling basis. We take simultaneous submissions, but please let us know if your work has been accepted elsewhere. Previously published work is also acceptable. Submit as much as you want and as often as you like.
Although our focus is on young women and issues that affect them, we like written work and visual art that engages current events and broader cultural issues. We publish fiction, poetry, essays, non-fiction (including personal essays, reviews, articles on health, and current events editorials), photography, drawing, painting, and graphic illustrations.
You will receive a response from our editors within one month of your submission date. By submitting to Sway, you agree to grant us one-time English-language publishing rights. You retain copyright.
